The Policy Commons 2025 Open Collection from Coherent Digital is an initiative to rescue and preserve materials from government organisations facing the removal of public information and data - reports, blog posts, videos, and podcasts.

Coherent Digital's mission is to preserve endangered information. safeguarding public records regardless of changes in government. They believe that access to information is essential for transparency, research, and the public good. and allows the Library to offer more diverse types of evidence such as Grey Literature, supporting Literature Searching, Systematic Reviews and Decolonisation.

This project is not only for the benefit of universities, as Coherent will archive, assign permanent unique identifiers, and index the materials for discovery through Google Scholar and academic databases. Each item will be enriched with detailed metadata and made openly available to the public.
