  • Submit Maintenance or Cleaning Request

    Report a fault or submit a request for maintenance or cleaning.

  • View a report of your reported jobs that are currently open.

  • View the history of all of the closed jobs you have previously reported.

  • View all requests currently open for a particular building

  • View & search all jobs requested in the last 12 months.

  • Permit to Work/Access

    Request a Permit to Work or a Permit to Access hazardous areas (Facilities staff only).

  • Project Requests

    Submit and manage project requests for any non-maintenance items.

  • Facilities Event Support Request

    Request support from Facilities for an upcoming event and/or approve existing requests (HoDs).

  • Catering Orders

    Place a catering order and manage your bookings.

  • Abandoned Bike Register

    Recording and management of abandoned bicycles (Security staff only).

  • Keep data accurate by telling us of changes to your area. Not for maintenance requests.

  • Request to have doors unlocked out of hours for open days, conferences, events, etc.

  • Request access to University House, HR Building, InfoLab21 or Bowland Main B Floor.
